What is BPO Loan?

BPO Loan is a type of unsecured consumer loan that is the same as call center agent loan and personal loan. This type of loan is specifically offered to BPO or call center employees. The required minimum monthly basic salary is comparatively higher than personal loan. BPO or Call center employees must have a minimum basic salary of Php25,000 for NCR and GMA based employees and Php20,000 for those based outside of the two mentioned areas. Depending on the approving banks or lending companies, loan terms and interest rate they are all relatively the same.

Who Can Apply?

All employees of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Call Centers in the Philippines may apply provided that all eligibility requirements specified herein are met.

Loanable Amount : ₱30,000 up to ₱2,000,000
Loan Terms : 12, 18, 24, 36 mos
Monthly Interest Rate : 1.39% - 3.00%
Collateral : Not required
Processing Time : 3 - 7 Business days

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be a Filipino citizen aged between 23 and 60 years old
  • Presently employed in a BPO company for at least 12 months
  • Applicant must have regular or permanent employment status
  • With a minimum monthly basic salary of:
    • ₱25,000 - For NCR and GMA based applicants
    • ₱18,000 - For Provincial based applicants
    Note: Not including allowance, night differential et al.

Documentary Requirements

  • Front and back copy of 2 valid primary IDs
  • Front and back copy of company ID
  • Certificate Of Employment
  • 2 months latest payslip
  • Duly signed photocopy of latest ITR | BIR Form 2316
  • Completely filled out and singed application form
  • Latest proof of billing
  • Other documents as may be deemed required
